  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard Shipping:

  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days

  • Carrier: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (depending on destination and order size)

Expedited Shipping (if available):

  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days

  • Additional shipping fees apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out!

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at orentertainmentinc@gmail.com. Once the package has shipped, we are unable to change the address.


📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Use this number to follow your package through the carrier’s website.


🌎 International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
We’re working on expanding in the future—stay tuned!
